Breakfast and the bed was great. The staff and manager were very helpful and courteous!
The location was so convenient. We chose this hotel because a similar one was 25 dollars more. Beds were comfortable. Micro and fridge made it nice. We were not disappointed! Our room had a comfortable chair (similar to a recliner) with a matching foot stool. Rarely do you find that. Nice variety of breakfast items too.
The staff was amazing, Sherry made sure things were taken care of even with the chaos of the weather!

nice, comfortable room (but looks just like the rooms we’ve had everywhere????). Good location right off interstate, Applebees across the lot, walking distance to Walmart supercenter in case you forgot anything, gas stations right there.
We have stayed at every major hotel in Ottawa and this one is our favorite. Super comfortable beds, wonderful saltwater heated pool, great breakfast, helpful staff...overall great stay.
